How Our Process Works
Step 1: Book a Consultation
Start by booking a short call with our team. We’ll learn about your business activity, expenses, and needs to see if monthly bookkeeping is the right fit. Prefer to email? No problem—we can guide you that way too.
Step 2: Follow-Up & Setup
After the call, you’ll receive a step-by-step setup email with:
- A link to purchase QuickBooks Simple Start
- Instructions to book your onboarding call
- A digital agreement to review and sign
- Your first invoice
Step 3: Meet Your Bookkeeper
On the setup call, we’ll introduce your dedicated bookkeeper, walk you through the monthly process, and answer any questions. Once your agreement is signed and payment received, we’ll get to work.
